Types of Insurance Litigation

When insurers engage in bad faith conduct, like wrongful denial of coverage, failure to defend customers, and improper denial of the amount of coverage for which a customer has paid, insurance litigation can ensure you get the coverage you’re entitled to.

Insurance coverage denials

Refusing to pay for a covered service or treatment

Claim denials based on false standards and procedures

Denying coverage based on coding, billing, or documentation errors

Wrongful leveraging of insured’s vulnerability

Delays, misrepresentation or lowball settlement offers that exploit a policy holder’s distress

Guiding you through every step with strength and integrity.

New Parents

Denial or underpayment of birth care or postpartum care

Auto Owners

Delayed payments, unfair settlement offers, or claim denials

Bereaved Beneficiaries of Life Insurance Policies

Commercial Property Owners

Claim denials, underpayment of claims, or insufficient investigations
